Man Accused Of Kissing 12-Year-Old Girl At Ohio Dave And Buster's. Police Say He Claimed She Kissed Him First.

A man is accused of kissing a minor while inside an Ohio Dave and Buster’s arcade, according to a report.
Francisco Leal-Carranza was arrested on Oct. 9 in Hamilton County, Ohio, according to WXIX. He was charged with gross sexual imposition.
He denied the allegations during a court appearance, according to WXIX.
Witnesses at the Dave and Buster’s said they saw Leal-Carranza with a 12-year-old girl, according to the report. Employees said they saw the two kiss.

Police said they found the 12-year-old in a game room with her brother and the suspect standing next to the boy, according to the report.
Witnesses also told police they saw the girl standing between Leal-Carranza’s legs in a sexual way as the two kissed. A bartender said they saw the suspect put a hand under the girl’s shirt, according to the report.
Police started to speak to the girl, and Leal-Carranza started to walk away, the report noted. He then said that she kissed him.
