Oregon man allegedly fired shots into home, killing two people, seriously injuring two others

A man has been arrested after he allegedly fired several gunshots into a home, leaving two people dead and two others seriously injured.

Andrew Lee Noe, 30, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder, as well as unlawful use of a weapon and recklessly endangering another person, KTVZ reported.

On Nov. 14, Klamath County 911 received a report of several shots fired at an address on Bronco Lane in Chiloquin, Oregon, according to KTVZ.

Noe allegedly shot into the home several times, killing a man and a woman and seriously injuring another man and woman, KTVZ reported.

A Klamath County sheriff’s deputy who was on his way to the crime scene was hospitalized after he was involved in a crash on Highway 97 at around 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 14, according to KTVZ.

The deputy was taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon with “moderate injuries,” a public information officer told KTVZ.

Occupants of the vehicle were unhurt, KTVZ reported.

Oregon State Police are investigating the crash, according to KTVZ.

Noe is being held in the Klamath County Jail, KTVZ reported. Police have not said what led to him opening fire on the home.
