A man tried to pay money to have sex with a teen, but it was actually an undercover officer, according to authorities.
This week, police in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, announced the arrest of David Capuzzi.
Police said they were investigating the sex trade in Burks County, Pennsylvania.
Officers placed ads on sex websites, police said. Capuzzi responded to an ad and agreed to meet at a hotel.
There, he agreed to have sex in exchange for money with an undercover officer posing as a 13-year-old girl, police said.
He was charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse person less than 16, prostitution and other counts.
