Police spoke to a 21-year old victim who claimed they were sexually abused by a teacher when in first grade, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

The victim told authorities they were abused as many as three times during the 2007-2008 school year, and recalled one incident in the gym before school started in the morning when he stuck his tongue out at another student.

Boston, who was monitoring the students, reportedly saw the encounter and ordered the victim to follow him to the gym’s basement, according to prosecutors. Boston reportedly took the victim to a room, where he shut the door and told the child to remove his belt and pull his pants down.

The defendant performed oral sex on the victim before telling the victim to perform oral sex on him, prosecutors said.
