EX-COLLEGE BASKETBALL PLAYER ACCUSED OF SLITTING THROAT OF MEXICAN STRIP CLUB EMPLOYEE
A former basketball player at Rutgers University is suspected of slicing the throat and killing an employee of a popular Tijuana strip club.
According to multiple media reports, Logan Matthew Kelley, 26, was arrested by police in the Mexican city and accused of killing a 19-year-old employee at the Adelita night club.

Witness told media outlets that Kelley walked up behind Isis Atalia Montoya and stabbed her. The San Diego Union-Tribune reported Tijuana police identified the victim.
Witness said Kelley slit Montoya's throat, according to Spanish-language media. The stabbing happened in a hallway adjacent to the club and Kelley tried to flee after the attack.
Multiple media outlets reported Kelley was a player at Rutgers University. He left the team in 2013, according to the school. He played in three games as a freshman
