Man fatally shot outside N.C. sports bar. U.S. Marshals arrest suspect at his home.

A 49-year-old man was shot to death outside a sports bar in North Carolina and police say U.S. Marshals have arrested the suspect at his home.
Around 2 a.m. on Dec. 11, officers responded to a call of a shooting in the parking lot outside Izzy’s Sports Bar in Fayetteville, North Carolina, the Fayetteville Police Department said.
During an investigation, police said the victim, 49-year-old Mark Daniel Millwood, was shot multiple times in front of the bar.
Millwood was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities. Officers said the shooting did not appear to be a random incident.
Detectives determined a suspect and 43-year-old Laquan Whitted was arrested at his residence by U.S. Marshals without incident.
Whitted was charged with first-degree murder and booked into the Cumberland County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond, officials said.
