South Carolina Man Arrested for Possessing Child Porn After He Took Computer to Get Repaired, Officials Say

A 67-year-old man has been arrested in South Carolina after he took his computer to get worked on and officials allegedly found child sexual abuse material on it, according to officials.
On July 18, officers received a report from a local computer store regarding suspected child pornography on a customer’s computer they were working on, the Lancaster Police Department said.
Authorities obtained a search warrant and executed on the computer, and detectives obtained an additional search warrant for the suspect’s home, police said.
During the search of the home, police seized several other electronic devices, WJZY-TV reported.

On July 19, authorities took Willie Glass into custody at his home and charged him with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
The investigation is ongoing and police have asked anyone with information regarding the case to contact the Lancaster Police Department.
