A fatal stabbing was caught on video and police said they arrested the suspect in the case.
This week, police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, said they arrested Troy Decker in connection to the case.
Around 3:10 a.m. on Dec. 4, police responded to a reported stabbing at a Tulsa apartment complex, according to authorities.
When police arrived, they found 35-year-old Raul Salgado dead in the third-floor stairwell.
A witness directed officers to a nearby apartment and said Decker was the suspect, police said. Witnesses said Decker had threatened to kill the victim earlier in the night.
There was no word on a motive or what a possible dispute was over.
Decker was arrested and refused to speak to police. He was charged with first-degree murder.
Authorities said the murder was caught on video cameras and Decker was identified as the suspect in the footage.
