A teacher’s assistant in Arizona has been arrested after allegedly sexually abusing a 9-year-old student with a stethoscope, according to authorities.

On March 28, officers responded to Lehi Elementary School in Mesa after a 9-year-old girl reported that 28-year-old Antonio Jordan “had touched her inappropriately the day before” and he possibly “recorded it on his cell phone,” the Mesa Police Department reported.

According to police, the girl said Jordan “told her to stay behind and pull up her shirt.” Jordan then allegedly placed his hands on her chest.

Officers interviewed Jordan the following day and he told investigators he had a “stethoscope fetish.” He said he chose to abuse the 9-year-old girl “because of her interest in a stethoscope he brought to class,” police said.

Jordan told detectives that he recorded the abuse, but he didn’t share it on the internet and deleted the video when he was placed on leave, KTVK-TV reported.

Officers searched Jordan’s cell phone and found three videos of him abusing the victim on three different occasions, officials said.

Investigators said the videos are all similar and show Jordan in the classroom alone with the victim. He can be seen using the stethoscope on the victim’s body and putting his hand under her shirt, touching all over her chest.

Jordan was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual abuse, officials said.

KTVK reported that Jordan has since been terminated from the school.
