Teen Accused Of Shooting And Killing Victim In Mississippi, But Police Mum On Motive

A teenager in Mississippi is accused of murder in connection to a fatal shooting.
Last week, police in Gautier, Mississippi, announced the arrest of Micah Angelo Burch, 18. He was charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of Tyreak Henry Green, 23.
Around 7 p.m. on July 7, Gautier police responded to a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found Green in front of the residence with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators identified Burch as a suspect, and he was arrested. He is now being held in a Mississippi jail.
Police said they don’t believe the killing was gang- or drug-related but have not released a motive in the case.
