A woman was found dead in Tennessee and her boyfriend is accused of causing her death.
On Sept. 21, local and state agents in Tennessee responded to a home in Smithville, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
The call was about a possible domestic incident, and when police arrived, they found Yuri Guerra dead in a home, according to authorities.
Her death was ruled a homicide, though police did not say how she died.
Investigators identified her boyfriend, Simon Rodriguez Martinez, as the suspect in the case. He was arrested hours later.
Martinez was charged with first-degree murder and is being held in jail without bond.
