A woman was found dead in her Tennessee home, and now her boyfriend faces murder charges, authorities said.
Still, police have released few details of the case as the suspect languishes behind bars.
On June 12, agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation were called to help in a death investigation in Gibson County, Tennessee.
That same day, police found Shaylee Goins, 23, dead in her home in Dyer, Tennessee, according to the Bureau. Her death was determined to be a homicide, though police did not say how she was killed.
Investigators determined her boyfriend Jamocus Jackson was a suspect in the case, according to the Bureau.
He was arrested an indicted this week on various charges, including first-degree murder, police said. Jackson has been in jail since his June 12 arrest.
