Woman Shot, Killed Her Husband During Argument, Cops In Tennessee Say

A woman is accused of shooting and killing her husband during a disagreement, police said.

Around 1:30 p.m. on May 15, the Bradley County Sheriff’s office responded to a home for a report of a shooting.

The 911 called, Brittany M. Taylor, 46, told dispatchers that her husband was shot during a disagreement between the two, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies arrived and found Mike Brian Taylor, 49, dead in the home from a gunshot, according to the sheriff’s office.

Brittany Taylor was detained and taken to the department for questioning. She was then charged with second-degree murder in connection to the case.

Investigators have not released what led to the disagreement and said no other details about the case would be released.

Taylor was booked into Bradley County Jail on May 16.
