A teen in Texas had his jaw fractured during a fight on a basketball court, and now a 21-year-old man faces charges, according to a report.
Darrell DeWayne Gray Jr. was arrested in San Antonio, Texas, last week on an aggravated assault charge, according to KSAT.
On Oct. 15, an 18-year-old was playing basketball with a group when he hit Gray during the game.
The teen was being guarded by Gray when he dunked the basketball, according to the report. The two crashed into each other and Gray’s face was injured.
Gray left the area but returned to confront the teen about the injury, according to KSAT.
The suspect hit the teen once, knocking him out, the report stated. Gray then continued to punch the teen on the floor. Gray then left the gym.
The teen suffered a cut and had multiple fractures to his jaw.
