Texas man found dead at construction site, another man accused of murder

A 52-year-old Texas man was found shot to death at a construction site and now police say a suspect has been charged with his murder.
Around noon on June 12, officers were called to the scene of the crime, according to the Dallas Police Department.
After arriving, officers said they found Luis Cepeda, 52, lying on the ground in an open construction site.
According to authorities, a witness told police a man may have barricaded himself inside a nearby home.SWAT officers went to the body's location and once it was deemed safe, Cepeda was pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, Volney Woods, 59, was arrested by Dallas police and charged with murder in connection to the shooting of Cepeda, authorities said.
Officers did not say what led to the shooting, but Woods is being held at the Dallas County Jail without bond being set in his case.
