Suspect Used Large Rocks To Beat A Person To Death Along A Texas Trail: Cops

A man was found dead on a trail and officers said they arrested a suspect who used rocks as a weapon.
Around 7 a.m. on Aug. 24, police in Austin, Texas, responded to a call of a person who was bleeding and appeared to be dead on the trail at Townlake.
Police found the unidentified man on the ground and unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
Officers detained a suspect, Coltan Moore, who was nearby, police said.
Investigators said Moore assaulted the victim using large rocks and caused the fatal injuries.
A motive in the attack wasn’t released.
Moore was charged with first-degree murder and booked into jail.
