Two people were found shot to death in a car, and now, weeks later, police say they have arrested two suspects in the case.
Around 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, police in Bryan, Texas, responded to a crash. When crews arrived, they found two people with gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
A third victim, a minor, was taken to the hospital for treatment, police said.
The victims were identified as 24-year-old Theron Daniel and 25-year-old Sabrina Garcia, according to KWKT.
This week police announced they arrested Jalen Deshawn Bloom, 30, on three counts of capital murder, one count of injury to a child and two counts of tampering with evidence. Ruth Ann Benavides was also arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of tampering with evidence.
