Middle school teacher accused of touching the breasts of students

A teacher in Texas faces charges after students say he touched their breasts on different occasions.

Clark Inskeep, 52, was charged with five counts of indecency with a child by the Amarillo, Texas, police on Oct. 27. He turned himself in to the Potter County Detention Center to face the charges.

On Sept. 17 and Sept. 23, a cop at Austin Middle School reported multiple allegations of inappropriate incidents between a teacher and female students, according to Amarillo police. The allegations were assigned to the department’s Special Victim’s Unit.

Three students said Inskeep touched their breasts, according to KFDA.

The Amarillo Independent School District released a statement to KFDA after the teacher’s arrest.

“The district is aware of the arrest of a former employee. AISD has no tolerance for this type of alleged behavior, and we will continue to cooperate fully with authorities through their investigation. AISD has communicated with Austin Middle School parents about this situation and reported the arrest to the State Board of Educator Certification,” it read. “Any further information regarding the situation will come from the Amarillo Police Department.”
