At this point, detectives, crime scene investigators and prosecutors with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office were called to the scene, according to authorities.

Diane Walker was questioned during their investigation and authorities determined that her story was inconsistent with the evidence. Authorities stated this meant she was involved in the shooting.

Diane Walker was arrested for murder and booked into Montgomery County Jail where she has a $250,000 bond.
