Gabriel Newland Dutson was arrested on Sunday for charges of object rape, rape, aggravated assault, and assault with substantial bodily injury, according to the Washington (Utah) County Sheriff's Office.

The victim woke up in her bed to find a man dressed in her clothes. He then sexually assaulted her, reported ABC 4

The affidavit, obtained by ABC 4, read: "The victim described the pain as that it felt like Gabriel Dutson was ripping flesh off of the victim's body. Gabriel Dutson informed me that the victim was screaming, so he put his fingers in the victim's mouth and down the victim's throat in an attempt to keep the victim from screaming. This caused the victim's airway to be obstructed and caused injury to the victim's throat and mouth."

The victim bit the suspect's hand, which caused him to let the woman go and walk outside. When police found Dutson, he was taken to an area hospital, then booked at the Washington County Jail, according to KUTV.

Dutson told police that "God told him to do the above actions and was frustrated because he failed."

The documents obtained by KUTV continue, saying that Dutson felt "he knew a way to solve the issue and that he needed to 'shoot' the victim with an arrow." Officers felt Dutson had a mental disorder.
