On Oct. 30 just before 7 p.m., Steven Kelley Little, 48, allegedly was naked when he answered the door of his Provo, Utah, home and was “beckoning children inside,” police said, KSL reported.

When the children told their parents what happened, the father of one girl knocked on Little’s door and the suspect allegedly “opened the door again nude,” Provo police master officer Austin Williams said, according to the station.

“I was really upset and angry, but decided to record him so police had proof to arrest him, to stop him from doing this to other children,” said the father, who then reported the incident to police.

Williams noted that when officers questioned Little about why he answered the door without any clothes on, “He said he had just got out of the shower and that's why he was nude.”

Williams added: “And they said, 'Why did you ask the kids inside?' and he said that's where the candy was."

Three children under the age of 14 and at least five over 14 saw Little nude, KSL reported, citing a booking affidavit.

Little faces charges of five counts of lewdness and three counts of lewdness involving a child. He was being held without bail at the Utah County Jail, the Salt Lake Tribune reported.

Charging documents obtained by KSL show Little was arrested at a recreation center in September 2018 after he was caught touching himself while watching a 10-year-old child going to the bathroom in the men’s locker room.

In that case, Little pleaded guilty to lewdness of a child. He spent 45 days behind bars and was placed on probation for three years.
