A Man's Body Was Found In Remote Part of A Forest In Virginia. Now, A Man Is Behind Bars.

Virginia police found a man dead in George Washington National Forest, and now they have a man in custody in connection to the incident.

Police charged Joseph F. Cunningham, 43, with voluntary manslaughter in connection to the incident. He is being held at the Amherst County Detention Center without bond.

Amherst County Sheriff's deputies went to the Alhambra area for a call about a man who had been shot. There, police founnd the body of Kevin D. Hartless, 49, of Amherst County, in a desolate area of the forest, WDBJ reported.
