California Man Wanted in Connection With Liquor Store Murder Arrested After Traffic Stop: Police
A California man wanted for murder was taken into custody after he was involved in a traffic stop, authorities announced.
Around 9 p.m. on July 28, officers pulled over Jose De Jesus Espinoza in Visalia, local police said.

He was then placed under arrest after the officers found out he had outstanding warrants in connection with a May 30 murder at an area liquor store, KMPH reported.
Espinoza was being held on charges of murder, conspiracy and gang enhancement in the Tulare County jail.
