Officers gave chase in their car but had to stop when Pelot threatened to harm the newborn.

The child has a life-threatening medical condition that requires medication multiple times a day. Police say they do not believe Pelot has the child’s medication.

Their vehicle is described as a 2002 silver Toyota Camry with a Wisconsin license plate of AHY5345. Anyone with information or who spots the vehicle is asked to call 911.
