A Tennessee man is behind bars in connection with the murder of a teenage woman last year, authorities announced.
A joint investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of 21-year-old Gabriel Seth Box, of Johnsonville, WBIR reported.
In Nov. 19, 2021, police found the body of 19-year-old Felicity Nicole Inman at a home in Decatur County.
An investigation determined the victim was killed in Henderson County and they identified Box as a suspect in the case.
The U.S. Marshals Service and the Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force located Box on Oct. 4 in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and he was taken into custody.
Box was indicted charges of one count each of premeditated first-degree murder and theft, and two counts of tampering with evidence.
