Candance Owens claims Charlie Kirk was sacrificed as part of a ritual that paved the way for the strikes on Iran.

Although the war began months after Kirk’s assassination, Owens claimed the activist was sacrificed as a part of a ritual that paved the way for the strikes on Iran. Owens said in a recent episode of her podcast, “He was betrayed. Charlie Kirk was the first casualty of the war in Iran.”

“I'm certain of that. And it's deeper than that. I am now of the opinion that he was likely sacrificed,” Owens added. Five months before his death, Kirk publicly expressed that the United States should not go to war with Iran.

As tensions in the Middle East escalated in April 2025, Kirk wrote on X, “A new Middle East war would be a catastrophic mistake. Our military stockpiles are depleted from three years of backing Ukraine.”

“Our effort to reshore manufacturing has only just begun and will take years to bear fruit. War would worsen our already immense deficit and national debt. Iran is larger than Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan combined. A war would not be easy and could easily become a calamity,” Kirk wrote.

Owens based her new theory in part on Kirk’s stance against the war. She also claimed that a Freemason Bible describes a ritual in which a person should be sacrificed at the center of a pentagon, something she argued applied to Kirk at the time of his assassination.

“I want you to note that in this Freemason Bible, it illustrates that a sacrifice must be made in the center of a pentagon. That's a pentagon. Five sides, like a house. And I thought, how curious that Charlie was indeed seated in the center of a pentagon when he was killed,” Owens said.

Owens Says Kirk’s Death Cast a Spell

Candace Owens claims the video of Charlie Kirk's shooting was widely circulated to cast a spell.

Owens said the video of Kirk’s shooting was widely circulated to cast a spell. She said, “I believe that the manner of Charlie's death was also intended to cast a spell. That's the only thing I come up. I kept asking the question, why did they broadcast this? Making us watch Charlie die was diabolical.”

This is not the first time Owens has promoted conspiracy theories about Kirk’s death. The 36-year-old has long claimed that Kirk was betrayed by people within TPUSA and that his wife, Erika Kirk, was involved in the alleged plot to assassinate him. However, her claims are not backed by evidence.

Kirk was shot and killed by participating in a debate at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Authorities launched a manhunt for the suspect, and 22-year-old Tyler Robinson was eventually arrested in connection with the shooting.

Robinson has been accused of aggravated murder, along with nine additional counts and is currently awaiting trial.
