'Pure Evil': Police in Minnesota Seek Person Who Put Cat Under Tire, Ran Over It Twice

Authorities in Minnesota are searching for the person they say ran over a cat on purpose.

According to a tweet from police in Bloomington, the driver of a newer black Kia Soul “was seen placing a cat under the front passenger tire and running it over.”

Police said the same driver “then circles back and drives over it again.”

“Pure evil,” one person responding to the tweet called the actions of the driver.
