The incident occurred on April 21 at the Epcot theme park in Bay Lake, where Diego Rodriguez was visiting with a woman and a child.
Key Details
Rodriguez and his family repeatedly ignored park decorum rules and allegedly attempted to skip the queue several times despite repeated warnings from a line attendant.
The child then allegedly tried to run toward Mirabel but was stopped by the attendant, according to The New York Post.
The child’s mother then reportedly attempted to get an autograph from Mirabel, but the cast member playing the character explained that she was only taking photos at the time and was not signing autograph books.

Staff members and police officers eventually brought the situation under control.
