According to sources cited by The Los Angeles Times' April 17, 2026, report, Dylan Sprouse reportedly tackled the intruder on the lawn near his Los Angeles home until authorities showed up after Barbara Palvin spotted him, whom she reportedly described as the "creepy guy."
Separate sources cited by 's recent report claimed that the Suite Life of Zack & Cody star held the intruder at gunpoint. Although the suspect couldn't break into the couple's home, he was later taken in on outstanding warrants.
Furthermore, the sources confirmed that Dylan is doing fine but is "obviously very shaken."
Footage obtained by the outlet showed the intruder, with his face blurred, being handcuffed outside a police vehicle, wearing a Stamptown sweatshirt covered in dirt.
Although Dylan and Barbara were not visible in the video, a skateboard was seen against the fence of their property, and a "Private Property, No Trespassing" sign was posted.
According to TMZ, this was not the first time someone had tried to enter the couple's home without permission.
Furthermore, police sources claimed that the incident was considered trespassing, not a serious burglary attempt, and that the couple did not want the person charged specifically with trespassing.
According to the outlet, the Los Angeles Police Department arrested the suspect on outstanding warrants.
The couple first met at a party in 2017, after which Sprouse slid into the Victoria's Secret Angels' DMs. However, Palvin didn't text him for six months.
"She followed me, so I was like, I guess I'll give her something. And I slid into her DMs. I was like, 'Hey, I don't know if you're in New York for very long, but we should hang out if you want to. Here's my number.' And she didn't message me for six months," Sprouse told W Magazine in 2019.
The supermodel finally texted him back after six months and ended up in China to meet him.
"I kind of flew to China to see him after talking for three months," she told PEOPLE Now. The couple began dating in June 2018 and made their relationship Instagram official that same year.
"Even though it's your birthday, I feel I just got the biggest present of all. Happy birthday, Boss Baby," Palvin captioned a photo at the time.

"We didn't necessarily feel the need to be fully transparent with the public about that aspect of our engagement," Dylan said in the interview.
They tied the knot in July 2023 in Hungary.
