A woman claims Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell raped her and threatened to feed her to alligators if she told anyone.

The claims were detailed in a recently-filed, scandalous lawsuit that demonstrates a new alleged level of depravity by the two suspects.

The woman — who was 26 years old in 2008 when the assaults happened — said she went to Epstein’s home in Florida where he and Maxwell “brutally raped” her. Epstein then forced her to take $200 in payment. What happened next is a story of coercion, threats and sex trafficking.

Lawyers filed a lawsuit in Florida federal court last week and name Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn, who are executors of Epstein’s estate, as defendants. The plaintiff is only listed as a “Jane Doe” because she is a Muslim woman and the allegations would cause shame. Lawyers also noted the high-profile nature of the case.

Attorneys for the defendants could not be reached in time for this report.

Epstein was a convicted child predator in Florida. However, he received a light-sentence and when media reports surfaced of his crime, federal prosecutors stepped in and added additional charges. He died of an apparent suicide while in federal custody awaiting trial.

Maxwell is Epstein’s alleged mistress and was also charged by federal officials for her role in the alleged sex trafficking. This week a new indictment was announced that added sex trafficking count to her previously announced charges.

Maxwell is being held in a federal prison in Brooklyn and her trial is scheduled for the summer.

Jeffrey Epstein

According to the newest lawsuit, the victim worked as a real estate broker in Broward County, Florida, where she showed homes in the Palm Beach area in late 2006 or early 2007. The victim had an 8-year-old son at that time.

The victim met Epstein and Maxwell — whom she knew as “G-Max”— at a barbeque hosted by her employer. Epstein rented a property from the company at $10,000 per month, but the victim was told not to process his ID and rent on a cash basis.

Maxwell gave the victim her cell phone and suggested that Epstein wanted to hire her, the suit states. The victim was not interested.

For a year, Maxwell tried to persuade the victim to work for Epstein by buying gifts and promised high-placed employment.

In 2007, Maxwell took the victim’s passport for “safekeeping,” according to the filing.

In 2008, the victim, who was also a hairdresser, considered working for Epstein and went to his home to cut his hair and discuss a job, according to the suit.

When she arrived, Epstein was naked and “proceeded with Maxwell’s assistance” to rape and abuse the woman, the suit states.

The rape happened with guns on full display to scare and intimate the victim, the filing claims. After the rape, Epstein made the victim take “compensation,” the filing notes. The victim said she was going to call the police, and Maxwell said she was going to call the police herself.

Two supposed police officers came to the home and threatened to charge the victim with prostitution and take her son away, the suit states.

After the rape, Maxwell and Epstein forced the plaintiff to go with them to pick up her young son and then head to a hotel in Naples, which was two hours away, according to the suit. The victim cried during the trip. Along the way, Maxwell and Epstein stopped at a large body of water with alligators.

“Epstein then ushered the plaintiff to the body of water and told her in explicit detail that, as had happened to other girls in the past, she would end up in this body of water and be devoured by alligators, should she ever reveal what Epstein had done to her,” the filing reads.

The group went to the hotel where Epstein and Maxwell raped the victim for several days while her son was around, the filing claims.

For the next several months, Epstein threatened the plaintiff with arrest, the loss of her son, that he would have her murdered and that would keep her passport, according to the suit. As he made threats, Epstein noted his connection in the legal system and said he had influence over groups such as the FBI and immigration.

The victim also claims she was trafficked to other men, including one person identified as a local judge.

Epstein told the victim to lie to other men about her age and say she was 17 years old, the lawsuit claims. The filing adds that Epstein’s victims were as young as 14 years old.

In May 2008, Epstein forced the victim to have surgery to make it seem like she was a virgin for a “high-profile” client, the lawsuit states. The surgery was botched and the victim was left mutilated and permanently sexually dysfunctional.

Epstein repeatedly photographed and videotaped the victim naked and performing lewd acts, the filing states.

The victim said she lived in constant fear of Epstein until his death, and remains scared today that his friends will carry out his threats, according to the suit.

The woman says she has suffered from mental anguish, mutilation, loss of employment, emotional distress and a host of other issues because of the alleged rape. She asked for an unspecified amount of money in the lawsuit.
