A senior executive at JPMorgan Chase has been slammed with a massive lawsuit by one of the junior male employees. The plaintiff, who chose to proceed with the case through anonymity, has claimed to have received multiple threats on different occasions from his abuser.

The senior employee, according to the lawsuit, not only abused her junior se****ly, but also hurled racial abuses at him from time to time. The victim also revealed that the company had ignored his previous complaints and ended up resorting to threats against his employment.

Senior Female Executive Accused Of Se*** Abuse Of Male Junior

On April 27, the victim, identified by his alias John Doe, filed his complaint before the New York County Supreme Court.

37-year-old executive director, Lorna Hajdini of JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, stood accused of coercing her married junior employee to take part in se*** acts. These were defined as non-consensual and humiliating episodes, which continued for more than a year. Hajdini reportedly denied hearing any of Doe’s pleas, asking her to stop.

Lorna Hajdini Threatened Married Junior Employee

The plaintiff in the lawsuit mentioned that Hajdini admitted to drugging the former with Rohypnol. This happens to be an erection-enabling pharmaceutical substance which she gave him, to ensure he performed best during their forced se**** encounters.

John Doe in the lawsuit mentioned that on the occasions that he chose to turn down these illicit requests of Hajdini, he was threatened. She repeatedly claimed to ‘own’ the victim. She even implied that Doe must fulfill her demands if he wishes to continue to see a bright future in the company. Threats of ruining his career, chances of a bonus and promotion also became part of the regular harassment that the junior employee faced.

John Doe has even claimed that Hajdini misused her executive status and gained unauthorized access to his personal information. This included sensitive banking credentials to track his every move.

When the junior employee started looking for other job opportunities to be able to quit, the senior executive derailed all his prospects. Along with other senior managers, Hajdini flashed aggressively negative references on the new scope of work he was looking for.

Junior Employee Reveals Horrors Of Racial Abuse

Besides carrying out forceful and non-consensual se*** acts against the male employee, Hajdini has also resorted to abusing him racially. She tagged him with phrases like “my little Arab boy toy”.

In one instance, the senior executive showed up at the victim’s apartment, where he stayed with his wife. Right in front of the latter, Hajdini removed her clothes, flaunted her br**** and implied that John Doe pleased her at that very moment. She then racially insulted the victim’s wife by saying, “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons.”

When Doe forwarded a written complaint to the higher management about the harassment at JPMC, he was met with more horror. Within a week, the firm retaliated, and a number of threatening calls troubled the victim. Individuals believed to be acting on behalf of Hajdini scared him towards silence, racially abusing him. Some even threatened to call ICE on him and his family.

According to the plaintiff’s attorney, he is seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress and reputational harm. The attorney further claimed that the client had developed severe PTSD as a result of these episodes.
