Kim Kardashian Lookalike Christina Gourkani's Killer Convicted — Flew From Florida to Perform Fatal Illegal Injection

OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Goukani, 34, died after receiving an illegal silicone injection. The woman who administered the injection has been convicted in connection with her death. Goukani was known for her resemblance to Kim Kardashian.
The woman who injected Goukani with illegal silicone was found guilty by a California jury. The injection caused the death of Goukani, who had gained attention for her likeness to Kim Kardashian.
The 53-year-old woman convicted by a California jury for Goukani's death has been identified as Vivian Alexandra Gomez.
Gomez faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license. She was charged in connection with Goukani's death in 2023 and was convicted on March 24, according to a post shared on X by the San Mateo County District Attorney’s office.

The prosecutor said Gomez, a Florida woman, travelled to the Bay Area in April 2023 to administer a silicone butt injection to Goukani at a hotel near San Francisco International Airport, according to several news outlets.
Goukani fell ill and eventually died of 'respiratory failure' shortly after the cosmetic injection, which was intended to enlarge her butt, the X post said.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe previously explained that Goukani had developed an infection that led to a pulmonary embolism, “which can be fatal,” according to KTUV reports.
Prosecutors also said silicone was found in Goukani’s bloodstream, according to toxicology results conducted after her death.
Gomez was initially arrested on April 20 and later released on bail with restrictions. She was remanded back into custody after her conviction, with the the court formally pronouncing Gomez guilty of Goukani’s death, according to KTVU.
Gomez is scheduled to be sentenced on May 5.
Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Michael K. Obeng said, "Most of these illegal injections are made with silicone, or other foreign substance that can migrate in the body, which can lead to infection and hardness over time, deforming parts of the body."
Goukani's family launched a GoFundMe campaign after her death. They expressed gratitude to those who donated, but the campaign page is no longer active following the conviction.
