While the victim was in her stall, Ugdah went over the top to get to her, according to Special Victims Unit Captain Mark Burgmann in a statement to FOX 29. He threatened her and dragged her into a different stall before assaulting her.

"It's pretty brazen for him to go inside the bathroom for 20 minutes, wait there thinking somebody else would come in and find him," Burgmann said, according to Fox 29.

The suspect threatened to kill the 55-year-old victim with a sharp barbeque skewer if she made any noise. During the assault, he also robbed her, officials said.

The surveillance photos and videos were released late Tuesday evening. Police received numerous tips, according to CBS Philly. Police said Uqdah has a very distinctive walk in the video, which helped them identify him.
