Two young teenagers narrowly escaped from a man who allegedly tried to trap them inside his car in Los Angeles. The man reportedly offered the girls money, drugs and alcohol and attempted to force them into his vehicle before unzipping his shorts and asking for s----- favors.
The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. on March 15 near North Hills Park in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, at Columbus Avenue and Acre Street. The victims were identified as a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl.

Eventually, the teens agreed to get into the car near Nordhoff Street and Columbus Avenue. The man drove them to a cul-de-sac near Sunburst Street and Lemona Avenue, which was not their intended destination.
“Instead of going to the location where the girls instructed him to, the suspect drove to the area of Sunburst Street and Lemona Avenue. It’s a residential neighborhood, but it is secluded enough…not enough people, vehicles, or traffic around,” Detective Efren Gutierrez said to ABC 7.
“The suspect locked the door and then offered them substances and money. He then went on to unzip his shorts and asked for s----- favors in exchange for money,” Gutierrez said, as reported by ABC 7.
The girls acted quickly: one jumped out of the car while it was stationary, the other jumped out as the car was moving. Both escaped uninjured. “The girls were frightened. They were able to jump out of the car,” Gutierrez said.
The teens screamed for help as the suspect sped away.
The suspect has been described as a 21-year-old Hispanic male with black hair, brown eyes, weighing approximately 200 pounds, and with tattoos on both arms, according to KTLA. Detectives believe the suspect may frequent the area.
The investigation is ongoing, and the suspect has not yet been arrested. Authorities have requested that anyone with information come forward to assist in the case..
