A 22-week pregnant woman was struck in the pelvis during the shooting. She was taken to a hospital by the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department. Although she survived, her unborn baby died following an emergency C-section. Police found a handgun, cocaine, and ecstasy inside the suspects’ car.

In addition to the capital murder, the suspects face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, drug offenses and firearms violations.
