Pop star Billie Eilish’s alleged stalker was killed in a Long Island train accident.

Prenell Rousseau was hit by a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train in Westbury at around 5:38 a.m. on March 25.

Authorities said he was jogging “on or near” the tracks, and the death appeared to be accidental, according to New York Post.

About a hundred passengers on board the train got onto another LIRR train after the accident.

Who Was Prenell Rousseau?

The 30-year-old from Farmingville in Suffolk County turned up at the “Ocean Eyes” singer’s Los Angeles home during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Eilish and her family members obtained a restraining order against him.

He was later arrested for trespassing.

Court records indicate, Eilish said Rousseau showed “erratic behavior” when he trespassed onto her property seven times between May 4 and 5.

The first time he appeared at the property, he asked Eilish’s father through a surveillance camera whether she was home and refused to leave even after being told she did not live there.

The family hired private security when he came back later that evening.

“While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down, and began to read a book while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue,” the singer said, per court records. “My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused.”

Additionally, the Eilish family were worried about contracting COVID-19 because Rousseau never wore a mask during his visits and even touched the doorbell.

Eilish was then granted a three-year restraining order against him. The order prohibited Rousseau from attempting to contact or coming within 100 metres of Eilish and her parents, from harassing the family or visiting Eilish’s workplaces. Google had even blurred Eilish’s family home on Street View.

Meanwhile, Rousseau allegedly shared creepy posts about Eilish on Instagram, including a message that said, “Anyway — I love u b … that is all.”

Billie Eilish’s List of Stalkers

The Birds of a Feather singer was granted a temporary restraining order against John Matthews Hearle in 2021, who stationed himself outside a school across the street from her house, court records show.

He watched her enter and exit her home while saying indiscernible things in a “low and disturbing voice,” reported NBC News.

She was also stalked by Christopher A. Anderson in 2023, who broke into the family's home and sent letters declaring his love.

In another incident, Raymond Black was caught on security footage loitering around her property in 2023, stripping naked and using her outdoor shower.

Separately, Eilish was also stalked by a 53-year-old man, Shawn Christopher McIntyre, who harassed both Eilish and her brother, Finneas.
