Man Declared Dead Revived After 45 Minutes, Says He Witnessed His Own Death

The mystery of what happens after death haunts many people. There is no way to know for sure what lies beyond the mortal realm. However, some people have claimed to have gotten a glimpse of it through near-death experiences, stated LADBible. One of them is supposedly the author Vincent Tolman, who has recently gone viral, sharing his eerie experience after 'death.'

The video featuring Tolman sharing his experiences has been uploaded by @after.life.echoes on TikTok. It begins with Tolman sharing that he was dead for around 30 to 45 minutes. He was eventually rescued, but during that time, the author believes he was in some other realm. The man claims that when paramedics found him in a public bathroom, he was "cold," implying that life had gone out of his body.
Tolman goes on to explain that the whole mishap happened because of a toxic supplement. He used to be an amateur bodybuilder and supposedly was taking a supplement not knowing its adverse effects. One day, he suddenly started aspirating in a restaurant washroom, possibly because of the side effects. "I passed out and started to vomit, and I aspirated on that vomit. And I ended up dying on that bathroom floor," he shared.

Then something shocking unfolded out of nowhere. Tolman shares that from the bathroom, he got transported to a theatre. In his words, he was sitting in a "very comfortable movie chair." A movie was playing on the screen, which featured a body lying on the ground. In this eerie 'dream', his vantage point was at the top. This implies that he was watching the body from above. Even though he 'knew' he was sitting in the hall, it didn't feel like him at all. There was a certain disconnection that he was feeling, but couldn't put a finger on it. "Even though I was sitting there, looking at my own dead body. I couldn't recognize it," the author shared.
Tolman felt like he had gone to a movie and was seeing someone dressed like him, but couldn't catch the similarity. He just couldn't get that the man in the 'movie' and also sitting in the theatre were the same. The author had no realization that what was unfolding before him was his own "death." Another odd thing that he experienced was that he could hear the thoughts of everybody who was present at the restaurant. Everyone, including the cook as well as customers, had somehow opened their minds to him. The man called the movie "weird" as he couldn't understand the need to overplay so many thoughts.

The next instance in the movie was of paramedics finding Tolman's body. He was pulled away from the scene and put into the ambulance. The author could hear one of the paramedics berating himself for not being able to save the man in time. Tolman, meanwhile, noted a light coming out of the rookie paramedic's body. "Light was actually coming out of his heart space," the author added. Suddenly, a strong voice said that the man was still alive. This jolted the paramedic, and he again started making saving attempts. However, after some time, he resigned and called the theory "imagination."
The light started to glow more brightly, and this time a stronger voice said that the man was "still alive." The paramedic decided to break protocol and open the body bag. Though there was no pulse, the paramedic felt a spark under the femur leg area, which was enough for him to go through with resuscitation. As the body was transported from the ambulance to the hospital, Tolman finally got hit with the realization that what was playing in front of him was his death.

The comment section was in awe of this experience. @jdvegas76 had his own take on the light Tolman saw within the paramedic and wrote, "The light was his soul. I don't think we have souls, I know it. I've had an experience, and I will never doubt we are all souls of God." @seeking_susan wanted the medic's take and commented, "Did anyone speak to the medic and ask him if he heard that voice? We need an update. If the medic heard the voice, it is circumstantial evidence that we survive death."
On the LDS Podcast, Tolman shared that the paramedics were eventually able to get his heart going, and with the assistance of an ICU facility, his brain also started functioning. The incident changed the man's whole perspective, and he began to view life with a new zeal. Tolman garnered respect and consideration for all life forms and tries to live life with as much positivity as possible.
