Felon Without Justification Shoots Family Dog Dead As 9-Year-Old Fed The Pup: Report

A man is accused of killing a child’s dog as the 9-year-old fed the pup, according to reports.
Recently, police in Memphis, Tennessee, arrested Colby Pugh in connection to the case.
Pugh was walking down the 1600 block of National Street on May 16, according to CBS 42.
That is when he intentionally killed a dog without justification, the report noted. He shot the dog as the child fed it.
Pugh was identified in a police lineup as the person who shot the family’s dog, according to CBS 42.
He was charged with aggravated animal cruelty, reckless endangerment and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked into jail, where bond was set at $25,000.
